In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product to us within 14 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you received it it and undamaged in any way.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if sound to be in the condition as stated above, process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during purchase. For credit/debit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
If the product is damaged in any way, or has not been returned in the stipulated 14 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
